What do you need blasted?
Strip paint and rust to bare metal without warping panels
If you're prepping a car for a repaint, fixing collision damage, or chasing rust under old paint, you need bare metal without a warped panel. That's the problem with dry sandblasting on modern auto bodies: heat builds up fast on thin sheet metal and you end up with oil-canned doors and hoods. Our dustless process uses water to cushion the abrasive and pull heat out of the panel as we work. Paint, primer, body filler, and rust come off in one pass and you're left with clean steel ready for the next step. We come to your shop or driveway with the rig, the water, and the media. Two-hour minimum at $600, with a 5% discount for returning customers.

What We Do
Auto Body Blasting Services
Why Choose Us
The AAFB Advantage
No Panel Warping
Water cushions the media and pulls heat out of the steel, so thin body panels stay flat. No oil-canning, no distortion.
Faster Than Sanding
What takes a body tech a full day with a DA sander, we strip in a couple of hours. You skip the sanding, chemical strippers, and cleanup.
Bare Metal in One Pass
Paint, primer, filler, and rust come off together. You see exactly what you're working with before you start prep.
Our Process
How It Works
Walk the Vehicle
We look over the body with you, mark the panels in scope, and tape or mask anything staying on the car like glass, trim, and rubber seals.
Set Up On-Site
The rig pulls up to your shop or driveway. We run our own water and media. Containment goes down to keep the work area clean.
Strip to Bare Metal
We blast panel by panel, adjusting pressure for thin steel, aluminum, or thicker structural areas. Paint, rust, and filler come off in one pass.
Wipe Down and Hand Off
We rinse the panels, blow them dry, and treat the bare metal so it doesn't flash rust before you get to primer.

Common Questions
Auto Body Blasting FAQ
No. The water cushions the abrasive and pulls heat out of the steel as we work. That heat buildup is what warps panels with traditional dry sandblasting. We've stripped doors, hoods, and quarter panels on everything from daily drivers to project cars without distortion.
Panel-by-panel is fine. A lot of body shops bring us in for a single fender, hood, or door after collision work. Two-hour minimum at $600 applies either way.
We come to you. Mobile is the whole point. We'll set up at your shop, your driveway, or wherever the vehicle is sitting.
We treat the panels after blasting to slow flash rust, but you'll still want to get into primer the same day or shortly after. Plan your prep so you can prime once we hand the vehicle back.
